You may find the patient portal a convenient method of scheduling and private communication with your therapist. You may prefer to call our staff. We want you to contact us using whatever method is best for you.
The patient portal is encrypted, and compliant with HIPAA and relevant rules and regulations. If you haven’t used the patient portal before, your therapist can enable it for you during session, or you can call our patient coordinator at 336-497-0741, and Anne Staley will enable it for you.
You don’t need to be registered for the patient portal to see the times your therapist has available. Click on your therapist’s name and select the “display availability…” button and you will see a calendar that lists available times.
